Volunteer Opportunities with South Derbyshire CVS

We have a range of volunteer roles at SDCVS. Some are behind the scenes and others are supporting service users. Most of them don't require any particular skills or experience as we provide training. You can help out a couple of hours once a month or twice a week – it's up to you.

Here's an idea of what you could be doing:

  • You could provide admin support for our projects
  • You could help collect food donations from drop off points
  • You could use your practical skills like gardening or driving to help others
  • You could provide one to one practical support for a month to help someone get back on their feet
  • You could provide longer term befriending to individuals who are lonely or isolated.
